Your trust is the foundation of every session. Here is exactly how your information is handled.
When you inquire or book a session we collect the details you provide: name, email address, phone number, session details, and any location or scheduling information required to deliver your session.
Payment details are processed by our payment provider. Tang Visuals never stores full card numbers.
Your information is used solely to plan, deliver and support your photography session — scheduling, contracts, invoices, gallery delivery, and client communication.
We never sell your personal information, and we never share it with third parties except the service providers required to run the studio (payments, email delivery, secure image hosting).
Your images are delivered through a private, link-protected gallery that may also be PIN protected at your request.
Photographs are only used for portfolio, print or social media purposes when you have granted written permission. You may withdraw that permission at any time.
Client galleries remain online for the period stated in your gallery. After expiration, galleries are archived and may be permanently removed.
Please download and back up your images before your gallery expires.
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting the studio.
