Open the private link sent to your email and press View Gallery. If a PIN is requested, enter the 4–8 digit code from your delivery email.

Downloading Your Images
Use Download Gallery to save every image at once, or Select Images to download only the photographs you choose. Individual images can also be downloaded from inside the lightbox.
On mobile, downloads save to your device's Files or Photos app depending on your browser.
Favorites & Image Selection
Tap the heart on any photograph to save it to Favorites. In proofing galleries, use Select to choose the images you'd like professionally edited, then submit your selection.
Expired Galleries
Galleries are available for a limited time. If yours has expired, contact the studio — we can often restore access briefly or send a fresh copy.
